Astral Temp is our temporary staffing solution that enables you to meet peaks in staffing, expand and contract your workforce and expenses, commensurate with market dynamics.

This service of Ad Astra takes care of our clients temporary recruitment needs, without the onus of permanent employment and associated management time. Understanding your needs, our consultants work on stock to order to deliver the resources on time. This is a co-employment relationship where we act as your extended HR team and assume responsibility for obligations all the HR, administration and regulatory compliances. Integration of recruitment team, client support teams and legal teams ensure that our clients have an edge over the others.

To manage our client's specific requirements we have three options:

  • Flexi Staffing Solutions: This service option is used to staff our clients short or long-term specific project requirements. Depending on your specifications, we identify, screen and recruit the resource and assign them to your organization.

  • Temp to Perm Staffing Solutions: This service option allows our clients to evaluate potential employee's skills and abilities on the job, before extending a formal employment offer.

  • On-Site/off-Site Workforce Management: This option is deployed to manage the flexible staff identified by you, transition them on to our rolls and handle all administrative aspects related to the employee (HR, payroll & benefits administration).
